November 30th 2009 SeadragonAfter Gigapan and Closr, Microsoft launched its own zoomable picture applet: Seadragon. Moreover, they have extremely interesting demonstration images. Check the second image from the left on the front page, a photograph of the Carena nebulae. Also, I featured some time ago in this post the amazing photographs of Chris Jordan and despaired to see them as zoomable images. So here they are! |
