Spanish wetlands

Here are beautiful aerial photos of spanish wetlands by Héctor Garrido, notably of the Doñana national park. Most patterns are strongly reminiscent of cellular automatas (look at the ones in the "cyclic CA, GH model" category there), other display fractal structures.
